BE QUIET (3) resumed for new trainer Kim Waugh and ran fourth at Canterbury over 5 ½f and then dropped in class at Gosford last start 16 days ago to win easily as the favourite over 5 ½f. Well placed again in a race that is not much harder, and she is capable of repeating the dose. EQUILIBRIST (4) has needed both if his runs since returning from a spell, the latest a fifth over 6f at Wyong a fortnight ago. He has more to offer, and all of his 3 career victories have come here on his home track. He is a strong each-way chance this time. BUTTERFLY STYLE (9) is a very progressive mare who kicked off her season over 5 ½f at Mudgee, and proved too strong, scoring by nearly a length. She has been a late scratching since then, and if she has not missed any work, then she is a big threat again. CRYPTONIC (1) resumes from a spell as a gelding for the first time.
