POMPATUS (4) resumed with a bang after he accounted for a handy maiden field over 7 ½f at Newcastle. Gets map favours and looks set for a big campaign as he stretches out in trip. SNEAKY CHOICE (8) indicated she was near her top second-up with a fast finishing third over 7f at this track in fast time. Can race a little closer from the gate and shapes as the main danger. HUSH HUSH (7) is a talented filly yet to finish out of the money in three career runs. Scored a dominant first-up victory here over 6 ½f, then up sharply in trip with a fighting second over 1m at Gosford. Has further upside and no shock to see her win this.
