YAMASHITA (14) returned from a 19-week spell with a real eye-catcher last start, coming from last at one stage to be beaten a head over 5f at this track. Strips fitter and will be tough to resist over an extra 1f today. MOVIE STAR (5) started at $2.15 on debut last start over this trip at Wyong but after looking to have every chance was edged out in a three-way go. Open to plenty of improvement so worth following. AVON CALLING (1) should have done better last time out as a $1.55 favourite at Newcastle, missing the placings after working home only fairly at the end of 6 ¼f. Give her one more chance with the blinkers going back on. THAT'SALLSHEWROTE (11) warmed to the task late to get up for third on debut recently over 5f at this track. Sure to appreciate a little more ground this time. Recent Randwick trial winner WAIHEKE ROSE (13) is worth keeping an eye on from the Waterhouse/Bott stable.
