Has started at less than $3.00 at her last four runs without success. John Sargent is hoping the addition of winkers at start ten will add that extra spark required. IMINASTATE (1) was in contention until he shied at the whip and finished a well-beaten second last time out over 7f at the Kensington track. Cherry ripe after two runs back and gives every indication he needs the mile now. CHARLIE HUSTLE (5) worked home well without threatening in a 7f Bathurst maiden recently. Fitter and should enjoy the longer journey now. NEFERUSOBEK (7) was just fair when resuming last start on the Grange circuit. Doubt she can win but a top four position is achievable. PRESUMPTUOUS GAL (8) has placed three of four at the trip so do not rule her out.
