PRESIDES (2) backs up quickly off a toiling effort here on Tuesday and should get soft conditions to suit. Rock hard fit with an in-form jockey to ride. INVADE AND CONQUER (3) has been mixing form in similar grade of late but does have a reliable record at this track and trip. With a better-than-average weight drop could easily test the rest. Last time MISS CHECKONI (5) found this grade she won. Handles all conditions and fitness no issue. Definite improver. BRAZIL (4) showed very little first up but had much better form last campaign. Kinder draw, senior rider and two kilos less lures you back. TWIN TURBO (7) drops six kilos off the latest run which was a brave one from a wide draw. If the track improves further can bob up.
