ZING TO ME (6) nice mare who can shed her Maiden status at start eight after the two slick trials. Not that far away when fifth over this track in trip in the heavy (8) conditions last September. Can sit just off the good speed and launch late. MANUKAU (1) kept fresh and back in trip and grade today. Returned good figures with a tough on-pace second over 6f at Warwick Farm. Has a fitness edge over most of these and no excuses today. PLUME (4) Blue Point mare from Feather on debut for the Hawkes' stable. Closed off well in her last two trials and ticks plenty of boxes from the low barrier. Hard to hold out. DECLAN (2) three-year-old gelding by Brave Smash out of Rock Of Diamonds on debut for the Pride stable. Given plenty of time to mature and has attacked the line at his last two trials. Sure to be thereabouts.
