LANTA (3) sat handy and just missed in a photo finish over this course and distance a fortnight ago. Drawn a touch awkwardly this time around, but he has shown good early speed this time in work. Faithfull hops back on board and another forward showing is on the cards. HOT AFFAIR (7) is better than she showed last time out over the 1m journey, ending up well back after trending the right way at Albany prior. Back in trip may help her chances now with Nottle on board from a much better barrier. Can bounce back to her best form which would see her hard to hold out. SO MANY STORIES (5) just missed in a photo last time out when a $51 chance over further at this course. On the quick turnaround here, but rates highly on the back of her latest effort and is not to be discounted. MAD SPITFIRE (2) is racing in good order without winning and should get every chance from the inside. BILLY THE BOSS (4) won't be far away.
