CABALETTO (6) comes through two strong form references. Was left with too much to do when resuming at Eagle Farm first-up and then progressed sharply second-up at the Sunny Coast when chasing gamely into the placings. Is yet to be tested at this trip but suspect she will handle it but will need a clever ride from the draw. MUSIC FEVER (7) resumed with a determined Beaudesert win and has the better established 6f credentials, so she is the clear danger if she carries that first-up form forward. IMPENDOR (3) is suited back from Saturday company after a wide, interrupted Randwick run and his track-distance record keeps him right in the winning mix. TOPHET (5) was in good touch last campaign and resumes off two trials. Should be making his presence felt.
