BETTER SWEET (9) was in the betting at Toowoomba on debut but just ran into a couple better on that occasion. Was then tipped out for further time to furnish and has since tuned up for this with a recent trial placing. Gets in well at the weights with the 4lbs claim and should be going very close to shedding the maiden tag. Former Victorian BRAVE EMMA (7) has had a few chances but has finished runner-up in both runs since joining the new stable and looks to be on the doorstep of a maiden victory. Looms as the main danger. ELIZAHRO (10) is facing the starter for the first time but looked good winning a recent trial and gets the reliable Webster/Tilley combination. Keep safe. IBEGOOD (8) finished second in all three Darwin outings before switching yards. Respect any market confidence. The well-related STAFFO (13) (half to G3 winner Shamalia) best of the rest on debut.
