SHINING PROISIR (11) went down by a narrow margin when resuming and will have come on with that effort now under the belt. Will appreciate the step-up in trip now and maps nicely for Cartwright from the low draw. Looks the one they all have to run down. BEE EXACT (3) didn't measure up in Saturday metro grade last time out but the form prior was good enough to be competitive in this contest. Gets 3lbs off and may make his presence felt. TSUNUKI (2) looked handy saluting at Ballina on debut and winning rider Bayliss sticks in the stirrups. Can go back-to-back to start the career. VENDEMMIA (4) has placed around this circuit and strips fitter third-up from the spell. A must for the exotics players. THE TORQUE XPRESS (1) best of the rest in an open race to close out the card.
