JOY A PLENTY (11) has put back-to-back victories together around this circuit and has hit a bit of a purple patch. It's hard to knock mares in form and should be right there when the judge calls a halt again. The well-related BREAK FREE (14) (half to G3 winner Snapped) boasts a win over this sprint journey and only went down by the narrowest of margins at Doomben at the latest effort. Can go one better against this line-up. TOWN CRIER (1) resumes here but has revved up for this with two recent trials and gets some weight off with the 7lbs claim. Can feature despite the sticky draw. PARTY SPIRIT (12) has only missed a place once in six spins around this track and will find this easier than recent Saturday metro efforts. One for the multiples. FIRST MISSION (9) best of the rest in a race with a stack of chances.
