Verdict

MISSILE ONE (7) stalked the leader then went home a shade too well when resuming over 5f at the Sunshine Coast last start. Has a strong second-up profile and races well here so everything points to another big performance. CERTIFIED COPY (2) returned with a dogged win over 6f at Rockhampton last time out, his first victory when fresh from a spell in four attempts. Clearly back better than ever and although dropping back to 5 ½f he poses a big threat again. STEFFI ELECTRICA (20) has improved at each outing this prep, capped by a convincing all-the-way win over 5f at Grafton recently. Genuine mare who is right in the thick of this but does need a touch of luck from an outside gate. MISHANI EXTREME (16) was far from disgraced in Saturday metro company at Eagle Farm last start. The winner of both runs at Ipswich - must be considered despite drawing the car park. CUTEPI (13) failed to fire first-up at the Sunshine Coast but can improve in this more suitable contest.
