Verdict

The well-related FOR BETTER (7) (full to G1 winner Port Lockroy) was well-supported when having her first run for the new stable and wasn't too far off them over this track and trip. Will be much better for that hit-out and should find this easier than what she faced in Victoria. Rates the testing material. KING BOOM (2) returned in fine fashion with a close-up second over this course and distance and will have come on with that run now in the locker. Gets some weight relief with the 3lbs claim and can make his presence felt. SNITZOND (3) is knocking on the door of a maiden victory with back-to-back runner-up finishes and is capable of playing a major role in the finish. EASY LOVE (6) is at the races for the first time but gets Maloney on board and hails from an astute stable. Respect any market confidence. PRIVATE EQUITY (10) best of the rest while fresh.
