LUCKY PAT (1) impressed when successful on debut over 4f at this track. Looks promising, and a top hoop stays aboard. He is well placed to take the next step. PIXIE LANE (5) led and just missed this track/trip first up and then raced flat beaten 3L behind the above. She's better than that and should get closer with the extra fitness. RAGING RAIDER (4) debuts and just missed in a recent Doomben trial with race rider Ben Thompson in the saddle. He's flying, and the filly jumps from the inside gate and can give a bold sight. MISHANI RAINFIRE (7) was beaten 2.9L in the Lucky Pat race on resumption. Jumped $26 and may be looking for longer now. Should be around the mark regardless. SAILING SOLO (3) resumed and has trialled twice. In good hands and keep onside.
