BRING ME SAKI (11) defeated a handy field over this track and trip at latest from the inside gate. Can offset the wide gate today with the sharp weight drop. Expected to get across from the gate and salute again. YENDY (8) has lacked that killer blow this time in and expect to see the blinkers do the trick today. Stalked the fast tempo with a sound third as fav over 6f at the Gold Coast. Among the leading chances and no excuses here. COUNT NICHOLAS (9) ticks a few boxes here deep into the prep. Kept finding in the heavy (8) conditions to run third over 5f at the Sunshine Coast. Can win this without surprising over the extra journey. THE WOLF (1) game sprinter who doesn't have to improve much to win this. Showed plenty of grit to hold on and finish second over 5 ?f at this track in similar grade. Sure to be thereabouts. The chances don't end there.
