TEXAS FIREBALL (1) made a pleasing return to racing last start at Eagle Farm, working home late to get for third in a Class 5 over 7f. Big class drop today and he is unbeaten at Grafton. This looks a lovely assignment. NEXT PAY RUN (10) scored with something in hand over 7f here two back. Got a bit fizzy pre-race and performed poorly last time out at Newcastle (metro). Unproven at the mile but if she gets the trip she is good enough to win. BOLD HOI HO (4) backs up five days after a last-to-first win over 7f at Ballina. Goes up a level today but he has improvement to come at just the third run back. HE'S A COPY BOY (9) has been very competitive in open company races of late. Distance specialist who enjoys racing at Grafton and looks well in at the weights. CREDIT CONTROLLER (8) continues to race well but is now around 15 months without a win. A must for exotics players.
