RISK FOR REWARD (5) took charge in the early stages then never gave his rivals a look in last start over 1m at Ballina. Doesn't win too often but those bold tactics last start paid off so a repeat is definitely on the cards. NEXT PAY RUN (4) has found the line well without threatening in her two runs this prep, the latest over 6 ½f at Ballina. Suited by the extra ½f at this stage of the campaign. Races well here and poses a genuine threat. AMARONE (3) savaged the line but just missed over 7 ¼f at Muswellbrook most recently. Enjoys a soft run from the inside alley and will be tough to hold out when presented. OENOLOGY (1) hasn't really landed a blow this prep but all four runs have been out of his comfort zone in one way or another. Finds the right race today and can improve. GOT THE SMARTS (7) gets back in her races but has placed four from five at Grafton so she is right in the mix.
