Maps well again and expect to see her race a little closer on the improving surface. Leading chance. PIEDI VELOCI (13) just over a month between runs from the awkward barrier with a battling ninth over 1m at Taree. Blinkers go on from the low draw and shapes as the main danger. MAMMOTH MOUNTAIN (2) improved sharply in the heavy going with a slick victory over 1m at Coffs Harbour four weeks ago. Back in grade and can keep the winning momentum going. ZOU BIG BOY (1) talented gelding on the ten-day back-up who shouldered the 137lbs with a fighting third over 7f at this track. Is more effective over this trip and the claim will help again. BEEARETEE (8) rewarded for his consistency at start eleven with a tough Maiden victory over 1 ¹/16m here. Tricky map today but hard to ignore winning form.
