Cherry-ripe now and can get cover from the gate. HABIB ALBI (3) has been thereabouts all prep and finds a winnable race out to the 7f. Gripped on late with the 130lbs to secure third over 6f at Port Macquarie. Holds a forward position and has genuine top-thee prospects. MISS MIDAS TOUCH (12) good fresh mare who resumed with a tidy second over 6f at Inverell in the small field. Gets the benefit of Spokes' 4lbs claim and warrants plenty of respect. ANTONUCCI (6) two runs back this time in have been encouraging and ready for the extra trip. Must overcome the wide gate with the 7lbs claimer aboard. Place preferred.
