COLD BREW (13) talented gelding heading in the right direction with the four wins from his last five starts. Ploughed through the heavy going with the 132lbs to defeat a strong field over 1m at Randwick in BM78 class. Kept fresh and since fitted with a 5 ¼f trial placing at Randwick. Well drawn and can stalk the fast tempo. ISTOLEA MERC (17) backs up quickly and this could be a target race fifth up. Comes out of a strong rating contest after he boxed on to finish third over 6f at Rosehill in BM94 grade on August 15. Gets the right run and sure to be thereabouts. JUST PARTY (16) frustrating gelding who resumes with just the one win from twenty starts. Primed with the strong trial win over 4 ½f at Rosehill. Visors come off and well weighted on the limit. DECLICHY BOULEVARD (5) classy mare resuming. Defeated a good field two back with the 131lbs over this trip at Randwick. Look for her late.
