Verdict

POWER OF THE BRAVE (6) was lining up for the hat-trick last start but after racing on the pace found one a touch better over this distance at Wyong. Moving up to Saturday grade but drops sharply in weight to compensate. Will be hard to peg back. ONE DESTINY (4) stepped in class but handled the transition well last time out, leading until the dying stages over 5 ½f at Hawkesbury. Probably leads from gate one and on a seven-day back-up over a slightly shorter trip he makes plenty of appeal. WINNING PROPOSAL (7) has transferred to the all-conquering Bjorn Baker stable and returns from a ten-week spell. Didn't come up in the Autumn but was Group Two competitive last Spring. Trialling well and can win this without surprising. MISS JENNIFER (11) flies when fresh so keep her in mind off a 279-day spell.
