Competitive. HOME ZONE (10) progressed nicely second-up, beaten just 0.6L over 6 ½f at Sunshine Coast. Tumbles in weight, and she is still shy of her best Victorian metro form. Hard to beat. ELIZABASS (9) was a well-supported favourite when resuming over 6f at Kilcoy but looked a run short. Her Victorian form stacks right up for this, and quick improvement is on the cards. PROCEAN (1) resumes for the Waller yard, and he was a big Newcastle Maiden winner first up last preparation. He's had a trial and has to be kept safe. SPECIAL ARTIST (6) resumed at Doomben and did a good job to finish so close after settling last. Has an awkward gate again but won an Eagle Farm Maiden second-up and has to be considered.
