SO ELUSIVE (15) knuckled down strongly to get within 0.7 lengths of the winner in second last start over 6 ¾f at Doomben on debut. Will have derived a stack of benefit from that day at the races and rates as a leading player again. OCTOBER MANIFESTO (5) got through similar conditions first-up at Ipswich when second best there. Better for that run and the added fitness can see him go one better now. PIGGIETALES (14) has disappointed her past couple but may be lining up in her sweet spot here. Was off a freshen last start when over 5f and this will suit her much better. Can run a cheeky race. ARGENTUM ROCK (1) is third-up now and can fire out in distance.
