Verdict

NINJASK (7) stalked the pace then quickened nicely to record a comfortable maiden win when resuming over this course and distance last start. Lightly raced three-year-old who looks set to live up to early promise this prep - will pay to follow. SOME STYLE (10) has led for the judge at his last three runs but been overwhelmed and missed the placings on each occasion, the latest over 6 ¾f at Doomben. Goes best for Ben Thompson who is back aboard. Can offer more resistance this time. CYBER CITY (9) showed the way but was nailed close to home in a Class 3 over 6 ¾f at Ipswich recently. Down in grade and enjoys a nice run on the speed from an inside draw. Sure to be competitive in this company. FLAXLANDS (14) came with a well-timed run to win her maiden with a bit in hand when resuming over 6f here last start. Serious chance again down in the weights. REWRITE (3) has raced well all prep and just needs luck from a tricky draw to be in the finish again.
