CRYPTOLOGY (3) has been in the money at the last couple of runs, the latest when third over 7f at Rockhampton at the third run of the campaign. Won at his only try over this journey so he is high among the leading chances. SHINY LOVE (10) made significant late ground last start to get up for third over 7 ¾f at Mackay. Shapes as one of the main contenders. JETPACK VERDI (4) was out of the money two runs back then again just missed the frame last start over 7 ¾f at Moranbah, beaten 2 lengths into fourth. Tahlia Fenlon gets the best out of this seven-year-old gelding. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is capable of testing his rivals. FINAL MISSION (8) had been racing well with two consecutive placings before last start managing only ninth over 6f at Longreach. Winning rider Matthew Gray sticks. Is better than the recent effort suggests and rates among the top-three hopes.
