Verdict

NAIFAH (9) raced up on the speed then was far too good in the concluding stages of the 6f Group 3 Proud Miss in soft going at Morphettville three weeks ago. Improving at a great rate and this looks no harder. Drawn well so she will roll forward and give a great sight again. POSTER GIRL (10) made late ground but was no match for Cigar Flick when resuming on a soft track over 5 ½f at Doomben last time out. Gets out to her pet trip today and is drawn to enjoy a lovely trail just behind the pace. This sets up beautifully. SUPER SMINK (1) tackled the Group 1 sprint double in Adelaide recently and wasn't far away in either contest. Will get back but against this opposition she will be difficult to hold out. GIVE GIGGLES (13) led in an unfamiliar role in the Cigar Flick race at Doomben a fortnight ago, tiring late. Has won three from five here at this trip so she is a serious contender. MIDNIGHT IN TOKYO (6) was excellent resuming against the boys and has a fine second-up record.
