The consistent CASPERNOVA (7) loves this six-furlong journey with four wins and four seconds from just nine starts and looks to be knocking on the door of another victory with consecutive runner-up finishes to start the campaign. Is yet to put in a poor performance and should give this a mighty shake. GIVE GIGGLES (11) got a well-deserved victory over this course and distance at the latest effort and winning hoop Jones sticks in the stirrups. Can go back-to-back. TOWN CRIER (5) resumes here but has revved up for this with a recent trial placing and has won two of four when fresh. Keep safe. BONDED AFFAIR (14) strips fitter third-up from the spell and has drawn perfectly in gate three. Should be thereabouts. DEFIANT SPIRIT (2) rounds out the selections.
