AU - Eagle Farm - Race 6

Bombproof gelding LIVALITTLE (3) returned from a five-month spell last start with a barnstorming second over 6f at the Sunshine Coast. Right out of his comfort zone that day so the effort was outstanding. Beautifully placed out to the mile second-up on a much roomier circuit. CALL DA VINCI (1) has been going around in better races than this for much of the prep. Made a late surge but just ran out of ground last time over 6 ¾f at Doomben. Races well here and his record at this trip reads four placings from five attempts. Genuine threat. GLASS OF ROSE (7) has struggled in a couple of better races since taking out a BM70 for mares at Doomben three back. Good each-way hope down in the weights. AUTOMNE TREE (6) is progressing nicely this prep. Too good last start over this distance at Doomben to make it two on the trot. Tougher this time but cannot be underestimated. VIMINELE (2) hasn't won for a long while but his latest effort under a big weight at Doomben was impressive.
