Verdict

ANGEL LADDER (1) was a sharp improver second-up at Toowoomba, just folding up late after leading them up. With added fitness third-up she will prove hard to run down over this favoured track and trip. Baker's 7lbs claim also sets her up well. CABALETTO (4) is the obvious danger after placings in solid benchmark races at the Sunny Coast. Reunites with Maloney and gets weight relief over a track and trip he relishes. Have to take seriously. MISS WILDCAT (7) has shown good tactical speed in her last two and will likely push forward again from the low draw and under the light weight. Should give backers a sight, though appeals as more of a place proposition. SEA ADMIRAL (2) hasn't fired in two but tackles easier company in his stable debut and is worth keeping safe in exotics on his best form.
