FLORAL LEGEND (3) has had two starts for Peter Robl since her switch from a Sydney yard. Did a few things wrong last time beaten 2L at Murwillumbah and has been given time to get over that. Would be winning at best and she has an inside barrier and the blinkers on for the first time. BRAVE EMMA (2) improved again when narrowly beaten at Kilcoy and then settled too far back at Ipswich. Needs some luck, but she may appreciate the longer sprint. Each way. LIGHTS WILL GUIDE (9) debuts and maps well. Has been well educated and raceday rider Lang and sticks from the two most recent trials. Likely to go well. KVAS (8) led at Ballina and folded up. Third up now, and Wiggins replaces the 7lbs apprentice. She's shown enough to get some of the money.
