AU - Coffs Harbour - Race 1

REDADEL (3) was excellent first-up in an unsuitably short race here then struggled in heavy going last start. Beautifully weighted after the claim and this step up in distance comes at the right time. Perfectly placed to find peak form at the third run back. MISS MIDAS TOUCH (5) made it three minor placings from three visits to Coffs when she just missed out in a similar maiden here 23 days ago. Needs a touch of luck from the tricky draw but she is going better than most of these and is a definite contender. FINDING ELLE (4) ran a much better race last start when second-up, closing well to be beaten under a length over 6 ¼f at Kempsey. Still a maiden after 23 runs so each-way is the smart play. BEEARETEE (1) found the frame for the first time recently, a decent second at Ballina after missing the kick. In the mix with a repeat of that performance. CLUSTER'S GENERAL (2) is a 23-start maiden with five placings from seven runs here. One for the exotics.
