AIRWORTHY (1) resumes and will be aiming to repeat his impressive first-up win from last campaign, when he led throughout. He was quickly thrown into Listed company after that victory in December, which may have come a touch too soon. Two solid trials suggest he's returned in good order and with Clark reuniting, he can make a winning return. JAEGERS (5) will appreciate the class drop and gets in well with the 7lbs claim. He brings a fitness edge and ratings that make him a major player. REAL BAKER (8) dominated at Bathurst last start, never giving his rivals a chance after living up to strong market support. Expect King to press forward again and attempt to dictate from the front. CHIX (3) fought hard to get the bob in the Illawarra Grange second-up and continues to build a handy profile. The 4lbs claim helps offset the weight, and he should be thereabouts again.
