READY FORCOCKTAILS (6) firmed from $4.80 to $3.90 favourite on debut last start over the course and distance but didn't have things go her way from the outset. Will learn a lot from that experience and from the inside gate in a moderate affair she looks the goods. LITTLE IRIS (3) is a first starter from the Waterhouse/Bott establishment. By Too Darn Hot from a good mare in Zanbagh. Placed in a recent Randwick trial and looks to have her share of ability. Cylinder's half-brother SPHERE (5) is back from a 13-month spell. Appeared just once and was well held in a race won by Tempted. Has accepted and scratched a couple of times recently so maybe this evening Waller has found the right race. MIND YA BIZZ (4) looked to have every chance at Gosford last time but was disappointing. Fitter and Nash goes on so she can improve. ASILAH (1) on debut for Waller is going okay at the trials. Any market confidence should be noted.
