SWELTERING (6) has been to the races 12 times for six minor placings, mostly in far better contests than this. Ran on well to beat all but the smart Verona Rose in the rich Inglis Bracelet at Flemington last start. SA Oaks runner-up who on paper has panels on this field - outside her this looks like a provincial maiden. TORMANZOR (8) is the pick of the others after an eye-catching fifth over 1 ?m at Hawkesbury last time out when facing the starter for only the second time. Promising stayer who will be hitting the line hard again. Four-year-old BABYFACED ASSASSIN (1) is improving with racing. Came with a powerful finish but missed the maiden win by inches over 1m at Hawkesbury most recently. Should be peaking at the fourth run back from a spell. COPARTNER PEGASUS (2) led and hung on well for a close fourth, beating Tormanzor home, at Hawkesbury last time. Can run another cheeky race with Clark to pilot. MARCANTONIO (7) looks ready for a first attempt beyond the mile.
