GRACEFUL THINKING (10) was a well-supported favourite on debut and was fair to the line when fourth, she has the pedigree and stable profile to improve sharply from that experience, with the rise to 6f looking to suit. O'HATASKY (11) was more professional first-up, finishing third in the same race and holding a small edge over Graceful Thinking on that meeting. McDougall rides now and she can continue to build. CLYDE MOUNTAIN (3) can't be left out of calculations first-up with a solid trial and soft draw on offer. Heywood's booking is a positive sign and he's worth keeping safe. MACHRIHANISH (8) was solid here fresh before a 2.5L defeat at Muswellbrook last time. Can play a leading role.
