INTRUDER (6) has struck a bit of form at his last couple. Did his best work late to get up for third last time over 6 ½f at Townsville. Beautifully drawn so in a race that lacks genuine tempo he should settle handy. In the right race to play a key role again. ROCK THE SUNRISE (4) is racing well but struggling to add another win to the tally. Drops back a level on his last start fourth over the mile at Townsville when beaten just 1.6 lengths. Both wins have come at today's trip so he has the right credentials. INDEFINITE (3) comes off a 33-day freshen up at the third run back from a spell. Found the line nicely last start at Innisfail over 6f. Should be strong at the end of this. KIRIKAN (1) has been freshened up since going under in a photo over 6f at Townsville a month ago. Rarely wins but is as honest as they come. Must be included. BLUEBIRD BAY (2) scored over today's journey at Townsville two back. Racing well and should be thereabouts again.
