Verdict

One of the features of the day now and this sets up very nicely for TALKANCO (13) who was just edged out in the Pinjarra Classic last time out. She showed she's up to this grade as a 3YO against the older horses and she finally draws a gate. Can sit closer on the map this time and go one better. LONDON'S IMAGE (3) flew home to grab Talkanco last start in the Classic. She's third-up now, but meets Talkanco worse at the weights. Draws a touch better this time around though with the rise in trip no issue. Wouldn't surprise if she repeated the dose. BONJOY (7) will be fitter for a recent trial and boasts a solid first-up record. CJP hops in the saddle fresh and she is a classy type. Hasn't won for a while but this looks well within her grasp. ELITE MISSILE (9) usually dips second-up but he was impressive in the Classic. Wide draw to contend with here but he's racing in great order. FAST FLICKER (10) stuck on well fresh and she boasts a strong second-up record. Can feature once again.
