Lots of the chances are run on types so will be hoping for some pace. MASCHINO MOON (10) resumed over 6f at Pinjarra and after getting back charged home to finish sixth. Looks suited by the extra ground and expected to go close. AUTUMN GEM (12) is another who got home well when fresh over 6 ½f at Pinjarra. Ran on into second and can only be further improved. MAGIC CARATS (1) raced over 1 m here latest and got home from midfield to finish runner-up. Coming back in trip but bursting to win, having placed 3/4 this time in. FUNKY BOY (7) is a two start maiden then wasn't far away this trip last time. Has upside and worth including. SPANGLEDSTAR (8) is going better than form suggests and rates one of the best hopes.
