MYZOOM (9) bounced back to form last start when back to midweek company, finishing 0.5L of the winner when flying late. Can sit a touch closer today from a good draw and if she can replicate her latest performance, she can turn the tables. SHIMONOSEKI (10) beat Myzoom last start when also closing from the back of the pack. Third-up now and she looks ready to keep working through the grades after a career-best performance last time. Wouldn't surprise to see her repeat the dose. I'LL KEEP HALF (8) was too good on the wet deck last start at Albany, reeling in her rivals with ease under Pike. This is tougher, but it was a win with plenty to like and Pike sticks with her. Still has upside and can go on with the job. HOPE TO RULE (2) is racing in good order and will find this easier than what she's raced in her past couple. Keep safe. NINE BALL (5) can improve third-up and out in trip today.
