ALL GRUNT (3) comes here first-up on the back of a trial win most recently. He ended last campaign in impressive fashion and he boasts a strong fresh record. The wet deck may be a query, but he's a very talented galloper who can pick up from where he left off last campaign. MT SHIRATAKU (8) didn't handle the going last start when an odds-on favourite and that is the query again today. The form out of that has been strong though and Fiore gets back on board after riding him earlier in the campaign. Should get a nice time of things and can bounce back. TOO SOON (5) creates plenty of interest here being first-up off a 500-day break. He looked an exciting gelding on the rise after bolting in to win the Lex Piper - beating All Grunt there over 12 months ago. Pike rides after being on board for his latest trial and he can give some cheek. SUPERNATURAL (4) was solid on resumption and she can go on with the job. DAYTONA PETE (12) is racing well and can't be left out of calculations.
