NAVY NINA (3) finished 4.5 lengths away in fifth last time out over 6 ¾f at Ipswich two weeks ago. Tackles a longer journey this time. Will appreciate the drop back in company here and a bold showing is expected. BATE (4) was too good for a maiden field when resuming last start over 6 ¾f at Ipswich, scoring by a nose. Reunites with Emily Lang who was on board last start. High on confidence now and is a big chance to go back-to-back. THE TORQUE FACTOR (5) finished 4.5 lengths away in eighth last time out over 7f at Gold Coast after being in the firing line on the bend three weeks ago. Will find this a little easier than last time and should be involved in the finish. CAPO STRADA (1) next best in a race with only a handful of chances.
