Knocking on the door of a maiden victory and should be ready to break through. WASAI (8) was given time to settle from an outside draw last time then wound up strongly in the straight for an eye-catching third over 7f at Gold Coast. Expected to prove tough to hold out again. TOO MARS (11) turned in a moderate effort on debut last start when seventh at Grafton over 7 ?f, beaten 4.5 lengths. Will be better with that race experience now under the belt and is sure to be competitive. ELROY (1) next in line.
