ROGUE RULER (15) is still a maiden, but he's been tackling Open 3YO company all campaign. He draws ideally again for Steve Parnham, and he carries no weight as he drops in grade. Should lob into a handy position and this presents as a golden opportunity to break his maiden. JAVELIN STRIKE (3) won well two back at Northam before repeating the dose in easier company over 7f here. Fiore sticks with him for today's assignment and the rise in trip doesn't look an issue. Looking for the hat-trick and looks to get his chance. OCEAN GODDESS (4) is racing well, missing by 1.5L a fortnight ago. The wide draw will see her back in the run, but with a touch of luck from the barrier, she can get back to winning ways. DECORATION (1) won't be far away if he runs to recent form. LATE ARRIVAL (2) draws well and can play a leading role.
