MOONWALK (6) bolted in two back before getting back and never featuring in tougher company last time out at this track and trip. Fiore remains in the saddle and her recent form rates highly in this grade. Looks the one to beat on the quick turnaround. SNIPPY WHICH (1) steps out to 7f again today but is a winner at this trip previously. The inside draw suits and the claim of Nottle comes in handy with the drop in grade. Can make his presence felt. GOLD MAKER (5) is third-up today off a 3.6L defeat most recently with the rise in trip looking ideal. He's placed 2/3 at this track and trip and the form out of his last start has worked out well. Won't be far away. SCURGEOFTHEWEST (3) gets Pike in the saddle after a good win at Geraldton last time out. 7f is no issue for him and he looks a very progressive type coming here. Not to be discounted. NICKELPLAY (9) is knocking on the door of a drought breaking win and can't be left out.
