Verdict

ACORN (1) resumed without a trial at Belmont and was very impressive when winning by 0.4L as the race favourite. This is tougher, but he's a very progressive type and this looks to shape favourably again from a good draw. Pike remains in the saddle and he can go back-to-back. ORDER ONLINE (7) finished off strongly from the back to finish 2.5L off the winner in a CL1 at this track 8 days ago. Troy Turner hops back aboard now and he's racing well without winning. At his peak fitness now and he can finish off strongly. SCENIC GEORGE (5) finished off nicely from midfield in the same race as Order Online to be 1.3L off the winner. Brad Parnham replaces the apprentice hoop now and getting off the inside looks ideal. Can feature in the finish yet again. FLAGSHIP (6) was a late scratching last week due to a transportation mishap. Trial coming in was good though and he looks ready to fire first-up. STAR SUPREME (8) was good at the trials recently and won't be far away.
