Verdict

BEST MOOD (5) sat close to the speed first-up and landed the knockout blow, getting the job done by 1.2L in an impressive performance. He'll be fitter for that effort and he maps for a similar run in transit once again. Back in trip may be the slight issue, but if he holds his form he'll be hard to run down. WICKED VENOM (3) finished off strongly over this trip at Belmont last time out, clocking some strong splits from the back of the pack. While he has drawn wide again, he's got some solid form in stronger races prior to his latest effort. Can be in the finish once again. RIPPER FAROOQ (4) has been very solid since returning for the new barn. He was just 1.2L off the winner last start over this track and trip when back in grade but was solid behind a good winner here two back. Can give a bold sight once again. RISE TO GLORY (8) is back in trip here but can return to his best form.
