The Golden Knights have taken a 2-0 series lead over the Florida Panthers heading into Game 3, winning Game 1 by a 5-2 margin before erupting for a 7-2 victory in Game 2. Vegas will be looking to keep the good times rolling in Florida for Game 3.

The Panthers had been on fire, winning 11 of their last 12 games en route to the Stanley Cup Final, but the Golden Knights have overwhelmed Florida through two games..

Until now, only the Boston Bruins had scored more than five goals on the Panthers in a single game in these playoffs -- the 12 goals they’ve allowed over two games to the Golden Knights have been more than they allowed in either of their series against the Carolina Hurricanes and Toronto Maple Leafs. They’ll need to tighten things up defensively if they plan to orchestrate a comeback.

Game 3 will start at 8:00 p.m. Eastern on Thursday night and will be aired on TNT.
