Casino2024 NFL Strength of Schedule: Ranking All 32 Teams By Opponent Win Totals
Measuring strength of schedule is always tricky.
Using last season's win/loss records doesn't account for roster changes or players returning from injury, and while we all may love the eye test, it's not exactly the most reliable route, either.
But we can look to NFL win totals to help guide us in the right direction.
While some win/loss numbers will themselves be impacted by facing elite (and weak) opponents, they can at least point us in the right direction of which teams will have the easiest and toughest outlooks for the upcoming season.
With that in mind, here is how all 32 NFL teams rank by average opponent win total (based on the odds from FanDuel Sportsbook) for the 2024 NFL season.
2024 NFL Strength of Schedule
The table below shows each team's own win total at FanDuel Sportsbook and their average opponent win total -- plus the amount of games each team has against top-8 teams (those with win totals of 10.5 or greater) and against bottom-8 teams (those with win totals of 6.5 or lower).

By this measure, the teams with the hardest schedules in 2024 are the Pittsburgh Steelers, New England Patriots, Houston Texans, and Cleveland Browns.
The four easiest schedules by this measure belong to the Atlanta Falcons, Los Angeles Chargers, New Orleans Saints, and New York Jets.
