Nuggets vs. Suns Game 3 Analysis
After a blowout in Game 1, Game 2 was more competitive but still had the same result -- a Denver win. Jokic led the way with a 39-point, 16-board double-double. That's after he put up 24 points and 19 rebounds in Game 1. Phoenix will need to find a way to slow down the two-time MVP if it wants to make this a series.
As if going down 2-0 wasn't enough, the Suns also lost Chris Paul to injury in Game 2, and Paul has been ruled out for Game 3, with the expectation that CP3 will miss multiple games. That's going to test the Suns' already iffy depth. No Suns player other than Booker or Durant has scored more than 14 points in a game in this series.
While Phoenix is a 4.5-point favorite tonight, the Nuggets are -460 favorites to win the series.
