Verdict

LIGHT THE NIGHT (1) is building beautifully this prep and didn't miss by much at Murray Bridge. He doesn't need to find a great deal to go one better. Confidence shown with Holder sticking despite the big weight. OAK PARK MADDISON (8) broke through stylishly at Oakbank and the form has already been franked with the runner-up winning well since. Draws well, has upside, and looks set to measure up again. BREAKFAST (7) didn't fire at Flemington but her run prior but was good when leading all the way on the Parks track the start prior. From a soft draw she can roll forward and give a bold sight. BEACHBARBECKONS (3) chased strongly into second behind a handy one when resuming at Gawler. Freshened since and keeping Toeroek is a positive. DAMELLI (10) has been mixing her form but the blinkers go on to sharpen her up. A spike in performance wouldn't surprise.
