MR BUTT'S BOATS (3) goes on top here having faded to finish sixth at Ballarat first up. He was only beaten two lengths on that occasion with improvement to come, and this looks a nice race for him second up. Stays at 6f which is a slight niggle but we get Coffey who can look to cross from out wide. OLIVIA'S SCANDAL (9) is racing very well, good here over 6 ½f last time having just found one better the start prior as well. Back to 6f suits, she can land in a good spot from the low draw and prove very hard to hold out. WESTERN LANE (5) was a maiden winner at Echuca two back, failing to back that up but still running well last start at Seymour. He can atone up on speed. MONIX (6) was thereabouts last time at Seymour and gets every chance tracking the pace here on his home deck. GOT OUT THE FENCE (1) is in the mix.
