TRUE PLAYER (5) was seeking the hat-trick and kept coming to just miss as the favourite last start over 1 ?m at Ascot. He's in the top metro stable and Fiore stays aboard. Draws to enjoy a soft run and will be tough to beat. ROCKING SOCIETY (2) did a good job last time, placing third over 1 7/16m in the Listed Pinjarra Cup. Led them up in that and may take a sit here. Rates to be right in the finish. ROYAL LAW (3) was better supported in the same race but was disappointing. His nose defeat over 1 ?m at Ascot prior rates strongly and he's a chance to bounce. DEADLY AND FAST (7) recorded a win over 1 5/16m at this track in a 70 to make it two on the bounce. Tumbles in weight at this level and maps for the run of the race. One of the contenders. DENNIS CHOUX (8) is better than recent efforts suggest, and has weight relief off the latest at Ascot.
