Verdict

SOOO CRAZY (1) resumes after going quickly through the grades last prep. Gripped on late with the 132lbs to run third over 5f at Queanbeyan in BM66 class last October. Fitted with the 5f trial win and can get the better of these. FALCON GOLD (2) chasing his third win from the last four starts and drawn poorly for this. Taken straight to the front and never headed with a dominant win over 4 ¾f at Cowra. Will need plenty of luck and this time and has each way prospects. HUNTER ONE (6) sharp improver at her second race start with a commanding Maiden win over 5f at Moruya. Looks up to this from the low gate. ETERNAL EMBER (5) returns from a lengthy break. Won twice from the three starts in the first prep and clearly has ability. Fitted with the two trials and not to be underestimated in this stronger contest.

Racing well recently. Returns from a 35-day let-up. Most recently won by 1.75 len at Cowra Bm58 March 9 over 4 ¾f defeating Zeema with 131lbs at $3.60. The run before that led but faded 3rd of 11 at Queanbeyan Ctry Bm58 on February 17 over 5f, 1.3 len behind Marine Girl with 131lbs at $4.80. Hard fit for this but must overcome the awkward gate, each way.
